  ASQ must receive your exhibit and/or sponsor contract to qualify for all preconference publicity.

• December, 2008:
  Speaking opportunities are subject to availability and must be secured by December.

• February 8, 2009:
  Deadline to be recognized in the April 2009 issue of Quality Progress magazine and on-site program.

• April 11, 2009:
  Marketing pieces for conference attendee bags must be collated into one piece and received by ASQ.
